Hi my name's Fran and I am fundraising to help my son and his girlfriend get the medical treatment they need for their beloved pup Zoro.

Zoro is a gorgeous chocolate, tan and white English Bulldog. He's one year old and the most lovable, gentle, friendly little dog you will ever meet. They took him on when he was two months old at an incredibly difficult and painful time in their lives. They had recently lost their beautiful baby son Noah at one month of age.

Zoro came into the family and gave them some focus to their days. A reason to get up, go out and even to smile. He is such a funny little character. He puts a smile on the face of everyone who meets him.

Unfortunately Zoro has some health problems. He has issues with his airway and has recently been having frequent head tremors. He needs a big operation and an MRI scan costing thousands of pounds. This is causing a huge amount of stress and worry.

We just want Zoro to get the treatment he needs and to be as healthy as he possibly can be.

We know that dogs like Zoro can experience health problems and that they take a lot of looking after. They are meticulous with his feeding and care. It is easy to pass judgement and say who should or shouldn't have a particular dog. I am not interested in that. I can see the love and sense of purpose Zoro has given, especially for my son who has struggled with his own health for a long time.
