Medical bills

Hello everybody,

Background:

My name is Ryan McKee and I am the son of Robert Aeschliman. I want to start off by saying what an amazing man my father is. He has not only shaped my life, but the lives of countless others. When I was a kid he always invited everybody I knew over for dinner and gave me and my friends a safe place to grow up. He would walk them home to make sure they got home safe, and even brought them along to Kings games, snowboard trips, amusement parks, and everything in between. He was a father and role model to any young person he crossed paths with.

The issue:

About a week ago I flew out to visit him hearing he wasn’t doing good. He was very ill and was having a hard time breathing. Both his lungs were almost completely full of fluid, and he was dealing with congestive heart failure. And worst of all when we got to the hospital he was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that had spread to his bones. Currently he is only enrolled in Medicare A and we are working to get him enrolled in Medicare B through a special exemption. In the meantime there are a lot of hospital and medication bills that are coming in and we need to schedule more appointments soon to help him get treatment for the cancer.

What I am asking:

I know my dad doesn’t have a lot and would refuse to ask for help himself, so if you are able and willing to donate anything to help I would greatly appreciate it. If you are unable to help financially, positive thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated as well.

i just want to see my dad be around for as long as possible. He is my best friend and I love him more than I can even put into words. Again if you are able to help in any way thank you.
