My name is Sheraz Aziz Baloch, and I am based in Washington DC, working as an international development practitioner. I am creating this Gofundme to raise funds for flood victims in Pakistan.

Pakistan has been hit with devastating floods. The floods have killed over a 1000 people, and more than 33 million people - 15% of the total population, have been affected so far, with the number increasing every day. People have lost their homes, families, and livestock. They need tents, food, water, medical supplies and other necessities to survive.

I am creating this fundraiser for local relief organizations working in the province of Balochistan, such as the Balochistan Youth Action Committee (BYAC). They are working on the ground every day to provide aid. Any kind donations you will provide will be transferred directly to their bank account. Your small contributions can go a long way for us to provide people with much-needed help. Thank you!
