Battling with Superhero Nicholas to Beat Leukemia
Nicholas Hang is a sweet, loveable, hardworking 8 year old. Coming from a large family he is the youngest of 6 children. At this time of year he should be at school with his classmates and running around the playground with his friends. On April 22, 2015 he was admitted to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee and later diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. His chemo treatment started right away and he was able to leave the hospital six days later. His mother took a leave from her job so that she can take him to his biweekly appointments and be home to care for Nicholas. His father will be losing his job this fall as the company he works for is downsizing. This campaign was created to help the family financially with medical and travel expenses.
