Hi, my name is Marissa. Earlier this year, my life was turned upside down when I was hit head-on by a drunk driver while riding my motorcycle. In that moment, everything changed. I sustained multiple injuries, and while I’m grateful to be alive, the road to recovery has been long and difficult.

Along with the physical and emotional challenges, I’m now facing overwhelming medical expenses. My medical insurance is demanding a large portion of any future settlement I may receive, but that process will take a very long time to resolve. In the meantime, the mounting costs for surgeries, therapies, and everyday living expenses have become too much to bear on my own.
