Hi, my name is Tyson, I am 18 years old and I am hoping that the community will support me in my journey to become world champion at the ISKA International Kickboxing World Championships, in Germany this October to represent Australia.

The funding will assist me in getting to Germany and will enable me to become a better athlete and increase my chances of success. It will afford me access to otherwise unaffordable specialist training and resources that will assist me in focusing on and enhancing my craft.

Being able to compete at such an elite level is a stepping stone to propel me closer to my goal of becoming a world-class professional athlete and representing my country on the world stage.

I am extremely committed to my craft, training 6 days a week, 4-5 hours each day, whilst working at my family’s small business, coaching children 3 days a week, and volunteering at my local PCYC.

Unfortunately, combat sports in Australia do not receive any funding from the AIS or any government agencies irrespective if you are representing the country at a world event.

In return for your support, I pledge to proudly represent myself, my family, my community, and my country, and will always hold myself to the highest standard.
