Tyrone Ruffin Breast Cancer

This money will go towards my dads medical bills.

At the end of June 2020  my dad Tyrone was diagnosed with stage 3 HER2 breast cancer with positive lymph nodes. He found a lump near his arm pit early June. He is the type of person that only goes to the doctor when he absolutely has to. He doesn’t even like to take Advil for pain. So starting this process was hard for him as he had to go to the doctor multiple times a week.  He started Chemotherapy and hormone treatment right away, completing 6 rounds total.  On December 8 he went in to surgery to have the tumor removed and to have both breast removed (double mastectomy). the surgery went well but the recovery time was extended due to his body's reaction to the surgery. They were able to remove the tumor but the Doctor said there was still a little cancer left in the body that they couldn't get. Starting Feb 1 he will get radiation everyday for 6 weeks. He will also get hormone treatments every 2 weeks for 9 months.  It’s been a little tough especially with Covid. He’s 72 years old and “retired” but was still working part time while he was getting Chemo. He stopped working early November when my mom got Covid and they  both had to quarantine.  He wants to go back to work so he can pay his medical bills, however we don't think he is well enough yet. I'm asking if you have any extra income to help my dad pay at least a part of it.
