Tyrese Weaver's Family Fund
Hello, We are the Weaver and Altman family. On Tuesday evening coming home from work, our beloved Tyrese Weaver was critically injured in a single motorcycle accident; trying to avoid getting hit by a car that never saw him coming. The incident occurred just a few minutes from his New Haven home.
Tyrese Weaver was rushed to Yale New Haven Hospital for the injuries he sustained. So far he has had 2 emergency surgeries and will have a final one within the next week.
He broke his left hip, right femur, fractured clavicle and worst of all, he has suffered an acute spinal injury. Tyrese is out of ICU and currently in a rehab facility. He has a long road of ahead of him with rehabiliation as his next steps towards recovery. He is the sole provider for his family, which includes his fiance, DaMara Altman and their two little girls, Kennedy (3 years old) and Kendall (9 months old)
As we are all trying to assist them in their new normal, we wanted to give those who know and love them, an opportunity to be a blessing to their family as well.
We are hoping to lift the burden of the family's other responsibilities and will use the donations towards housing, food, baby formula, pampers, and any unforeseen expenses for rehabilitation.
No amount is too small and greatly appreciated.
