As a lot of you know, my son-in-law, Tyrell Houseman (Ty) has been battling stage four colon cancer with metastasis to the liver for the past 11 years. Doctors and modern medicine estimated a lifespan of five years but Ty, by the grace of God, has proven them both wrong and continues his fight with many ups and downs.

Ty was in the army stationed in South Dakota when the family was hit with this devastating news and they had to return home to Iowa for family support.

This past month, July 2025 and continuing thru the month of August has been and will be challenging for the family. Ty has gone through multiple procedures and hospitalization always with his wife Chelsey, his two children Trinity and Roman and his family by his side.

Due to these multiple procedures and hospitalization his wife Chelsey has not been able to maintain consistent work and so the family is facing hard times. Normal family expenses have been severely compromised.

Now neither Ty or Chelsey are ones to reach out and ask for help so I am stepping in and doing the asking for them.
