Hello everyone, our hometown Argao in Cebu, Philippines has been severely affected by category 5 Super Typhoon Odette/Rai. According to the mayor, 80% of the families have lost everything (home, clothing, personal things, etc.). Not only is our community fighting a pandemic, but now they’re also struggling to figure out where and how to live. 

The entire province (and all of Cebu) is experiencing a catastrophe. Electricity isn’t expected to return until after a month, cellular service is not available, drinking water is scarce, medical supplies are low, and very little media coverage. No help has arrived.

This holiday season, we’re asking for your help to rebuild our community’s homes. We are gathering a small amount of volunteers who will commute to the city, line up, and buy supplies to distribute back to families in the districts of Looc, Suba, Jampang, & Langtad. 

Some of the supplies we are looking to purchase are:

⁃ Infant Formula 

⁃ Water

⁃ Tents

⁃ Blankets 

⁃ Sleeping Bags

⁃ Clothes

⁃ First aid kits

⁃ Flashlights

⁃ Face masks 

⁃ Sanitary Supplies
