Typhoon Reconctruction in Maribago, LapuLapu City
SuperTyphoon Rai/OdettePH devastated central Philippines in December 16-17.
Damage is extensive. Infrastructure, homes and buildings are destroyed.
Prices are rising exorbitantly.
Limits are being imposed on the amount of water and petrol sold.
Little prospects for local economy to thrive in next few month, time perspective.
Fundraiser funds will go towards: petrol, gas, electricity generator, clean drinkable water
