Hi my name is Jaelin Singleton and I am a very active 10 year old with Type 1 Diabetes. I was diagnosed in October of 2022. I love to play football (flag and tackle) along with basketball. I also ride dirt bikes and go fishing with my friends. My sugars are not very consistent and most of the time I don’t feel my lows. I would love to have a service dog to help me. Dogs are trained and can alert before hand. Right now, there is a service dog available to match with me, any donations will go towards helping me connect with that service dog who will help me with my lows and trying to keep my numbers from bottoming out.
