Hi, my name is Tyler and i'm 19 years old. I came out as transgender when I was 11 years old and since then I've always dreamed of the day I'd be able to get surgery. Years have passed and I've been slowly making progress but the day finally came and I have an official surgery date!!! But I need your help being able to afford it.
