Tyler's Surgery: Your Help Is Urgently Needed

my name is Kaitlynn Pease and I am making this GoFundMe for my fiancé, Tyler Middleton. Unfortunately, he has to have reconstructive foot surgery for a second time. Sadly, his doctor's office just called us, SIX days before his scheduled surgery, that we have to come up with $5,000 in order for him to have this surgery.

If we can come up with atleast $2000 by the morning of, they will do the surgery byt we will still owe $3000. This surgery is an absolute must as he has been out of work since January and cannot return until after her has and heals from his surgery, sometime in June or possibly July. They are denying him disability pay until he has the surgery, and we have spent almost all our savings to keep his insurance active.

His insurance recommended he get Medicaid while he isn't working, but unfortunately, his doctor is in Louisiana, and they refuse to take out-of-state Medicaid. This doctor was also very carefully selected for his. are so simply changing his doctor to one in Texas is not an option for us.
