Hi, my name is Tyler Kelley. I recently moved to New Mexico to live with my mom and stepdad on a cattle ranch. It’s been a big change from the western slope of Colorado where I grew up—spending my days fishing, hunting, and tearing through mud bogs with my friends. Life out there taught me how to be tough, and hopeful, no matter what came my way.

Now, I’m facing a challenge I never expected: serious medical issues that have put my dreams and everyday life on hold. I’ve always wanted to become a guide for an outfitter, and I’ve been working hard to improve my roping so I could heel a few with my twin brothers—but right now, my focus is on healing.

I’m setting up this fundraiser to help cover the cost of medical care, treatment, travel, and all the unexpected expenses that have come up along the way. I know hard work doesn’t stop, even when your body does—and that’s why I’m reaching out for a little help to get back in the saddle, literally and figuratively.
