tyler’s dream: make yoga a lot more black & queer

Hey fam! ‍♂️✨

After years of finding strength, peace, and healing through yoga—especially during wild show schedules and adulting chaos—I’m finally taking the leap to become a certified yoga teacher! This November, I’ll be heading to Bali for an immersive month-long training with Sama Yoga House. Its instructors are authentic af, the experience is a lil’ luxurious (hello self-care ), and it’s the perfect way to close out my Hamilton chapter.

The REAL real - there’s such a huge need for more Black + queer energy in the yoga teaching world. This for me AND I hope to help shift the yoga space into something more colorful, inclusive, and real. ✊
