Hi everyone, my name is Tyler. Recently, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer at the young age of 30. This has been a difficult and unexpected journey, and I’m going to be facing a lot of medical bills and expenses that I’m not prepared for.
On top of the medical costs, I will also miss a significant amount of work during treatment and recovery, which means lost income that adds to the financial strain.
I had the Orchiectomy surgery a few weeks ago to removed the cancer but CT scans showed there's a chance it could have spread to my lungs and I may need chemo to kill it off 100%, I find out more on July 31st when I see the Oncologist, and will keep this updated with more info as I find out. Ive already missed a month of work and will probably miss a 2nd month too.
Your support will help cover treatments, medications, living expenses, and help me focus on getting better without worrying about money.
Any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference to me and my family. Even if you cant donate, just sharing this to people you know may help more than you know. I’m truly grateful for your kindness and generosity.
Thank you for reading my story and supporting me during this tough time.
— Tyler
Update: Im going to be seeing Dr Feldman in NYC since he's one of the top Drs in the country on Aug 28th to see if i should be getting chemo or not but chances are ill be doing 2 months worth of chemo so I don't have to do 6 months of chemo down the road if it ever came back
