Tyler Giffin is a 23yr old who has been sick since Wednesday the 18th. It progressively worsened and he made a trip the the Med Express in Hagerstown near his home and was sent home after testing with ”supposedly” nothing found. The 19th he was even worse and was taken to Meritus Medical Center ER. He was not only admitted but placed in medically induced coma with severe pneumonia and sepsis. He was flown to Washington Hospital Center in DC and has been fighting for his life ever since. He has been on a vent since the 19th but since being at Washington Hospital Center has made improvements and is slowly getting better and better each day. Tyler and his family are those type of people that would give you their last dollar if you needed it. He is a third generation firefighter and volunteers his time to help complete strangers. Tyler will be off work without income for awhile and his insurance isn’t great. We are trying to raise funds to help Tyler with not only his everyday bills but the medical bills that are stacking up as I type this. Anything will help and please keep praying for Tyler.
