I am being sued by a biosolids disposal company for defamation. I believe My first amendment rights are directly being infringed upon.

I have fought on behalf of the citizens of Yuma County and I will continue to do so, however at this stage it will be in the courts.

I have no money to afford any of this as it is all invested in my business “The Lemon Grove.”

I don’t want to ask for help with this but it is a reality that is becoming pretty clear.
