Tyler Seaver’s Memorial Fund

Donation protected
On Saturday December 15th the life of Tyler Seaver, who touched so many lives in a short 27 years, was unexpectedly taken away.

We are raising money to help cover the funeral costs and to help the family with everyday expenses while they have the time to grieve. The funds will go to the funeral home and to the family directly.

Those who knew him best show the impact he had on their lives with the things they would say when talking about him and remembering their friend, their brother, their rock.
Tyler was wise beyond his years, and he would tell you the truth (even if you didn’t want to hear it).   He was passionate about life and helping others.
He was a volunteer counselor with Heroes of the Heart which is a group of “specially trained citizen volunteers who provide emotional aid and practical support and resources to victims of traumatic events and their families in the first few hours following a tragedy.”
Ty was so easy going it so natural for people to be drawn to him. He was the life of the party, with such a happy go lucky personality that it was infectious. If you hadn’t seen him in months or years, when you did he would pick right back up wherever you left off, like no time had ever passed.
He was funny and was always laughing and wanted to make those around him laugh, which would just draw you in and make you want to be in his presence. He was always thinking of others, even with something as simple as sending a meme to a friend on instagram that he knew would make their day and bring a smile or a much needed laugh.

But above all was his love for his family. He made time whenever they needed it and the emptiness he leaves behind will be like nothing they could have ever imagined.

It will never make sense why this had to happen to him, and to a family that has had it’s share of heartbreak. His aunt shared her view that “When such a bright young soul is extinguished it is to teach us a lesson: to remind us to have fun, to love unconditionally and to never take our own beautiful life for granted.”

The world will be a darker place with Tyler gone, but let his light carry on in you. Brighten the day of those around you, let his light shine bright through the lives of those he’s touched.

No family should have to go through something like this but unfortunately it is out of our control. What we can do is help ease the stress of worrying how they will pay for costs and to allow the time to help process and mourn before having to return to work.   If you have any questions or are looking for another avenue to help please contact me.  We hope to raise more than the goal but this is the minimum we hope to raise to help ease the burden.

(For those who don’t know me, I am Stephanie’s good friend and former boss. I am also helping Sea Salt Lobster with the efforts in assisting her and the family in any way)
