Hello friends and family of Tyler Powell.

As most are aware, Tyler has been diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia and is currently at Emory Hospital Atlanta receiving care. Though the leukemia type is considered treatable, these next few months will be a steep uphill climb for Tyler and family - as with most cancers, the process to achieve remission is grueling and comes with high risks.

I've set up this GoFundMe event to allow folks to contribute and support the Powells as they will be facing undetermined medical costs and loss of income during the immediate, near to medium future. We are asking you to consider making a monetary donation if you have the means - and otherwise to send messages of love, support and encouragement to Tyler and Kayla.

This will be a difficult Christmas season for their family and your gestures of compassion will be important and a powerful reminder of God's love.
