Tyler Plaggenburg just 21 years young was involved in a serious car accident Tuesday morning, August 20,2019. Tyler was flown by a Survival Flight helicopter to Mercy Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition. Tragedy has hit this family and we are asking for funds to relieve their financial burden.
