On June 13th, 2020 Tyler was in a tragic bike accident in Margate, Florida. Obviously, this is devastating and unexpected with this accident occurring. We held on to hope as he was airlifted to the nearest trauma unit. We were not prepared for the doctors to inform us of the state that he was in. As a family we decided and voiced Tyler's last wish to end suffering if his quality of life would be compromised. We had two opinions done to confirm what was being told to us. 

For anyone who truly knows Tyler, to know him is to love him. He always had a smile on his face and was so full of life. There isn’t one person who didn’t like him, he got along with everybody. He has so many family members and friends who are completely devastated. He has been through hell and back between losing his mother and living his life on borrowed time with Cystic Fibrosis. The bike was the one thing he had that made him feel alive. He voiced that over and over.  
He had a heart of gold and so much wisdom to pass along to others. He was strong, courageous, handsome and always had his ear ready for anyone who needed to vent. He was the most selfless person I know who would give you the shirt off his back or his last dollar, if needed. We are all so blessed to have had him in our lives.  

He leaves behind a grandmother, father, two brothers, a sister, multiple cousins and many others. This is beyond devastating and we know with COVID-19 going on right now, the funeral arrangements will be very difficult. This is an unexpected loss and so very tragic for our family. He has endured so much in his life, but he was never a victim, always a survivor. He fought so hard for so long, but this time God called him home. 

No amount is too small, and everything helps towards medical bills and funeral arrangements for Tyler.
