On Friday, August 10, 2018 Tyler was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident. He sustained many life changing injuries that have resulted in need for surgery and intensive rehabilitation. Tyler will be at Theda Care Neenah for approximately 6 months completing therapy and recovering. His family has been by his side, missing work, to support him. In order to return home, Tyler will need substantial home modifications made to the Moffitt home and will have many medical related costs once returning home.
