Tyler Keenan was a vibrant young man with a heart of gold and the ability to light up any room that he walked into. His love for life, adventure, photography and music was unparalleled. With an incredible eye, and an inner craving to approach the unapproachable and achieve the unachievable, he set his sights on Hollywood and in 2020, as the world was sheltered in place, Tyler left Florida to try to make the world a better place, and moved to Venice Beach, CA to pursue his dreams of working in the Music and Entertainment industries.

In his short 2 years since he moved there, he had worked with EDC, Adam Levine, Justin Bieber, Eminem, Netflix, Disney, Seth McFarlane, Whiz Khalifa, Joe Montana, The LA Kings, Steve-O, Demi Lovato and sooo many other internationally known names. He was so incredibly proud of the work he was doing and was constantly developing his skills as a photographer, a videographer and a drummer. His entire life was finally starting to take shape, his career path was broadening and all of his stars were falling into place.

On February 25th, Tyler left home to go to work, where he was setting up the WiFi for the Skyline Music festival in Expo Park in Los Angeles. He kissed and hugged his mother goodbye and told her how incredibly happy he was to have her in his world as he left for the train. He spent a full day at work, making sure that everything there ran smoothly and at the end of the day, he started to make the trek home.

On Tyler's way home, as he crossed Venice Blvd and Robertson Blvd, in front of the HBO Offices in Culver City, he was struck by a hit-and-run driver at approximately 1:20 AM, at approximately 1:47, he was found by a passing vehicle that was able to get him medical attention, and he was transported to the hospital, where he continued to fight for his life for another hour until he succumbed to his injuries.

At this time, there are no leads and no vehicle descriptions. We are pleading to the public, his friends and family, and anybody that has ever lost a loved one to a hit-and-run to find it in their heart to share his story, and if you able to assist us with any size donation, that would be greatly appreciated. In life, he gave his all to everyone he met, big or small, he loved us all.

Sadly, we do not currently have a date set for his funeral, as his body is being held by the LAPD as evidence, but the funds donated will be used to make sure that his affairs are tended to and that his mother is able to relocate from their shared residence... Tyler would have insisted on it. Information regarding his funeral arrangements will be provided here, as well on the website that we've setup for him to memorialize him and to help find the person responsible for his death @ https://tylerkeenan.com .

Please feel free to leave any comments here and if you have any information that will assist us with bringing his killer to justice, please use that website to contact us confidentially.

We love and appreciate each and every one of you.
