Tyler J Moore Network Startup Costs

The Tyler J. Moore Network is a faith-based organization designed to assist those families applying for non-medical expenditure assistance for travel and prolonged care due to pediatric oncology, neo-natal illness, or premature birth. The application process for non-medical assistance can be daunting and time-consuming. We will advocate for families and streamline their process through our custom built system which allows families to input all information needed for multiple applications in one session. This will allow them to spend more time caring for their loved one and less time applying for assistance. The initial start-up costs to apply for our 501(c)(3) status with the IRS and the equipment and software required to begin operations is $7566.37. The remaining funds will be utilized to pay for specialty and technical services, to securely store data, and for necessary supplies.
