Tyler Blundell's Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Parmel Athwal and I am fundraising on behalf of Tyler Blundell.

It is with a heavy heart and tearful eyes that I write this, grappling with the reality that life can be unbelievably cruel. It is not easy to find the right words in moments like these, but it is crucial that we come together as a community to support and uplift one another.

As many of you already know, Tyler is facing a formidable battle against brain cancer, and the journey ahead is both emotionally and financially taxing. The doctors have shared with us a prognosis that is incredibly difficult to digest, suggesting a timeline that feels too short and unjust. Tyler was given the news that his brain cancer has become stage 4 terminal, suggesting a timeline that is measured in months, not the years we had hoped for.

Our focus is not only on supporting Tyler, but also on ensuring that his wife and my best friend Destiny Blundell can be by his side every step of the way. Destiny is a pillar of strength in Tyler's life, and she is now faced with the difficult decision of balancing care for Tyler with the demands of daily life/work and their beautiful daughter.
