On Sunday, December 22nd, our son Tyler, his fiancee, Mariah, and their two fur babies (Roman & Rocky) survived a devastating fire in their townhome. Thankfully, they escaped without any physical harm!
The fuse box in the basement exploded and the fire spread quickly throughout their home. Between the fire, smoke, and water damage, the townhouse and most of their belongings are a total loss. Sadly, they did not have renter's insurance. 
They will have considerable expenses over the coming weeks.
1. Hauling and disposing of items destroyed in fire such as couches and electronics.
2. Storage for anything that can be salvaged, such as pots/pans
3. Laundering for salvaged clothing and linens
4. Replacement costs for mattress,  furniture (couch, table) electronics, dog items, food, etc.
5. Damage Deposit and First Month's rent in a new apartment. 
All support from Family and Friends (physical, emotional, and financial ) is so very much appreciated . 
Many have asked how you can help them.
I'm sure they may need assistance moving both salvaged and destroyed items from the house. I'll update this later with more information regarding that process.
