Hello everyone. My father passed away very unexpectedly on November 6th. As a veteran, he proudly dedicated years of service to our country. He loved the sport of basketball and was a fixture at the local community basketball courts of NE, DC in his younger years. As an avid sports enthusiast, he was deeply connected to Washington, DC sports. He had an unwavering love and support for the city’s professional football team, historically known as the Redskins and now the Commanders.

I didn’t grow up with my dad. We met in 2011 and had been getting to know each other since. In 2020, I had my only son, whose birthday is November 17. I’m glad he had a chance to meet his only grandson. He wasn’t an outgoing person, much of a loner.

I am starting this GoFundMe to help out a little with funeral costs. Any amount donated will go directly towards the funeral.
