Tye Lafranier Funeral Expenses

Tye Oldelk Lafranier was my brother. He was a perfectly healthy young man in Billings, Montana until he experienced a seizure six months ago after church. He was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of HLH disease and Leukemia.

 

It quickly spread, which led to a rapid decline in his health. He was transported to Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City on the campus of University of Utah until he passed on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

 

We are members of the Crow Native American tribe in Crow Agency, Montana. Indian Health Services has graciously covered some of Tye’s medical expenses. We are collecting donations to assist with covering the funeral expenses and fulfilling the funeral wishes that Tye last asked for before he passed. We will be using the money to finish paying for his expenses. I (his brother) will be withdrawing the money and using cash to pay for any remaining bills of tyes and the leftover money will be going into a savings account that his little boy will be able to access once he turns 18.

 

He was only 27 years old and leaves behind a 6 year old son, Bryson.
