Help Guided Good send Ty and Mike to our first official volunteer trip in May 2017!
Yes, it's finally here! You've helped us raise $13,000 in the last year to take our first group of foster youth to experience a 1 week cultural immersion trip to Nicaragua! Though we've had some delays and adjustments to the budget, we are focusing on raising the last bit we need to take our pilot trip next Spring.
So in order to guarantee this happens, we are looking to raise $5,948. THAT'S IT! To show exactly what this amount will do, we have the breakdown below for this specific trip. The $13,000 we have raised will cover the overhead, the trip leaders and mentors, the insurance, the transportation for the group, etc. But to show you exactly what $5,948 can cover, see below:

We will be going to Magnific Rock in Nicaragua on May 27th to June 3rd. We will be working with the local community with educational needs for the kids.
Ty is 24 and Mike is 22. They are good friends and we want them to both be able to go together! Ty has lived in 26 different foster homes since the age of 7. Mike recently returned from serving in the Navy and is adjusting back to life in Los Angeles.
Let's help ensure they both get to join us for this monumental and life changing trip!
