Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am raising funds for a young female named Lutara Clark. She is 33 years old and is currently in need of a new heart. She is in the process of being put on the heart transplant list. She has been dealing with congestive heart failure since 2018 and it has gotten progressively worse which caused her heart not to function normally anymore. When she first found out she had congestive heart failure, her doctors told her that over time that her body may begin to resist the medication. After 5 years her medication is no longer working and now she is in search of a new heart. Even if she receives a new heart, there is a possibility that within the first year, the heart could reject and she would pass away.

Lutara has a 5-year-old son and it's her wish to take him on his dream vacation to Disneyland. Right now she is unable to work and can't afford to take her son on this vacation. This is important to me because I too have children and if I was in her predicament I would want someone to help me as well. Let's all work together to make her wish come true. Let's get her son Andre to Disneyland!
