My nephew Christopher, a disabled vet wants to see his son Cailen who lives in Brazil. Cailen has dual citizenship. His mother applied for a visa to come to the US with Cailen, but was denied by the US. Cailen can not travel alone until he is 12 I pray we can all pitch in so that Chris will be able to see his son.
