Our loving husband, father and friend, Ty Talley, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly after a lifelong struggle with chronic heart issues. Ty will forever be missed by his devoted wife, Caitlin Prokay and his two beautiful daughters, Portia, 8, and Myla, 3.
