Hi everyone! Sarah Patterson here, it is that time of year again where I begin preparations for the the Ty James Christmas Shoebox Project. This year I’ll be raising money to fill shoeboxes with toiletries, school supplies, toys, clothes &

candy to impoverished children overseas for Christmas, for the 11th year in a row now! In past years we have shipped our boxes to Guatemala, Peru, El Salvador, Angola, Nigeria, Haiti and last year we raised $5,000 and we able to do just over 100 boxes to send to Jamaica through Canadian Food for Children at their Mississauga location in Ontario, Canada. This year in light of recent events I’m going to try and have our boxes shipped to Israel. If you’ve been wanting to donate and aren’t able to fit it in your budget but would like to donate your time that would be awesome too, I can definitely use the help so you can contact me for more details on that if you’re interested. I can’t wait to see what we can raise and accomplish this year and how many children’s lives we can impact at Christmas.
