On Friday, March 25th, 2022, the world lost a genuine soul. Michael Tu was taken from us in a tragic car accident. There are no words that can ease the heartbreak his family and friends are feeling. Mike was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was genuine and had a heart of gold. His smile and laughter were infectious.

We will all hold our memories with Mike “Tu” so closely. Whether it be growing up with him, serving alongside him in the Navy, or meeting him through work, we were blessed to have had the opportunity to have Mike be a part of our story.

Mike was always doing for others. He made sure everyone knew he would always be welcoming with open arms. He made a mark in the life of every person who had the benefit of knowing him, but none more than the loves of his life, Cindy and Leo.

Mike loved Cindy. Mike is our brother. We will always be here for you and Leo.

Since many have generously reached out and asked how to help, we are hoping to help lighten the load that is now on Cindy. No matter if you donate or share, Mike’s “bonus” (Navy) family appreciate you.

 

We are hoping to raise enough to give Cindy and Leo some stability while they grieve. The money raised will ease the burden until SGLI coverage can be allocated. 

 

A remembrance as well a funeral and burial will be planned, and we will get the information out as soon as possible.
