On the morning of July 5, 12-year old La’Veyah Mosley was an innocent victim to an illegal fireworks explosion. Tragically, she lost her left hand, partial areas of her right hand, temporarily lost her vision, sustained ruptured eardrums, and suffered first, second and third degree burns.  While the road ahead is long and the physical and mental challenges are many, she is making progress and finding solace as a member of the Watts Rams youth football team.
