Hi I’m Abbie, I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my friend Sofia who lives near Parga in Greece, Parga is absolutely beautiful but sadly there are lots of animals in desperate need of help. There are only a few volunteers who are working tirelessly to try and help them but unfortunately without funding they are very limited to what they can do and local help is sparse. Sofia has vet bills which she needs to clear so she is able to continue to access veterinary help for the animals, they need help raising funds to transport the animals to and from the vets, there are no vets in Parga, and help with providing crates and cages for transportation and nursing the animals. Also need to be able to buy flea and worming treatments regularly for them. I haven’t been able to forget about these animals since I got home and would love to be able to support Sofia in her never ending battle to help them.

I am and always will be extremely passionate about animal welfare and I’m sure there will be many like us who looked for something we could do to help, if everyone who had that thought donated even a £/€ it really could make a huge difference.
