Anyone who knows Ron Baker, knows that he would do anything for anyone. He would never ask for this help, but this is truly a time of need.

On Friday April 28th 2017, Ron went into the hospital with severe stomach pain. After some tests were run, it was determined that his appendix was leaking and he was very septic. The doctor took him back for emergency surgery. Once they were in the operating room, the surgeon found out that things were not going to go as planned. The Surgeon's exact words to our family were, "I have been doing this for 30 years and I have never seen it this bad". His appendix was perforated, puss and abscesses were all over inside him. The appendix was extracted, but it didn't stop there.

We were told because of how septic he was that he may not make it through the night. A breathing tube was placed, because his body could not function on its own. His temperature has continued to spike his blood pressure has continued to drop. The crash cart has entered his room on more than one occasion due to his pulse skyrocketing.
Medicine has intervened to stop the medical team from having to use it.

Ron is a Pastor and unfortunately does not have insurance. He is on his 5th day in ICU and while he is improving daily, he will remain in the hospital for some time. If there is anything you can do to help with medical expenses, traveling back and forth and food that would be greatly appreciated.
