Existe deformidad de la cabeza del fémur derecho con remodelación ósea, con un aspecto de hueso sobre hueso. Se recomienda transplante total de cadera derecha.

Hola, mi nombre es Ana Constanza Mariño Aguilar, pero todos me conocen como Conny. A lo largo de mi vida he tenido la fortuna de disfrutar de buena salud y del amor de mi familia y amigos, tanto en mi país natal (Colombia) como en esta mi patria adoptiva (EE. UU.).

Siempre he sido una mujer

activa,emprendedora, con muchos sueños y que cree en los milagros.

Durante más de 18 años me he dedicado a trabajar arduamente en esta gran nación para lograr estabilidad económica y ayudar a mi familia.

Desafortunadamente, mi estado de salud comenzó a desmejorar hace más de 1 año cuando la deformidad con la que nací en mi cadera derecha empeorò de tal manera que comencé a padecer de intensos dolores y dificultad para caminar.Esto me llevò a buscar asistencia médica y llegué al consultorio del Dr. Rafael J Fernández (cirujano ortopédico) quien en ese momento me dio la triste noticia de que, aun siendo relativamente joven, el deterioro en mi cadera era tal que amerita un remplazo de cadera total lo más pronto posible.Comencé un proceso médico largo para poder recibir asistencia, pero después de más de 8 meses de citas me informaron que este servicio no me cubría la cirugía. Y tal como me lo pronosticó el Dr. Fernández, mi condición y mis síntomas han ido empeorando hasta el punto que en la actualidad veo mi vida diaria muy limitada. Una vez realizado el trasplante, mi vida volverá a la normalidad ya que la cirugía tiene una eficacia del 100%, y así podré retomar mis sueños y metas en esta gran nación. Como muchos emigrantes, no tengo familia en este país y dependo de mis propios recursos. Por tal motivo, acudo a esta página porque no tengo los medios económicos para costear una intervención quirúrgica de tal envergadura .

Hello, my name is Ana Constanza Mariño, but everyone calls me Conny. I have always been an active and entrepreneurial woman, with many dreams and one who believes in miracles.

For more than 18 years, I have arduously worked in this great nation in orden to achieve financial stability and be able to help my family.

Unfortunately, my health started to deteriorate more than a year ago when the congenital deformity in my right hip worsened, so much so that I started suffering from severe pain and difficulty walking. For this reason, I started seeking medical care and visited the office of Dr. Rafael Fernández (orthopedic surgeon) who at that time gave me the sad news that, even though I still am a young person, the damage in my hip requires a total hip replacement as soon as possible. I started a long process in orden to get medical attention, but after more than 8 months of appointments, I was informed that the service I was receiving did not cover the surgery. Just as Dr. Fernández had told me, my condition and my symptoms have gotten worse, to the point where I currently am very limited in my daily activities. After the transplant is done, my life will go back to normal because the surgery has an effectiveness of 100%, and that will allow me to continue with my dreams and goals in this great country. As many other immigrants, I have no family in this country and I depend only on my own means.That is the reason I now decided to open this page, because I do not have the financial resources to afford such an expensive surgical procedure.
