Hello. A few months ago I broke my right foot. It has left me unable to walk, stand, do anything really. I have had surgery, have a couple pins sticking out my foot until I can have a final surgery. I've never felt so useless. I haven't been able to work and my medical benefits have run out. I'm waiting for L&I benefits to activate, but it has been a long, slow process and I don't know if I'll get those benefits. I'm asking for help to survive a month or two while I heal and get some benefits to survive further. I'm really scared. I hate asking for help, I can usually survive on my own. It's killing me not being able to work or do anything. Please, if you can help, I would greatly appreciate you.
