Help Rebuild and Heal after a Devastating House Fire.  Dear Friends, Family, and Caring Hearts, Today, a devastating house fire engulfed my Dads house and it is a total loss. Thankfully, his quick actions saved his and my disabled 88 year old Great Uncles life. As they struggled to escape, the roof collapsed on them, causing both of them to catch fire. Our Great Uncle Albert is now in the burn unit at the hospital and has suffered burns from his arms up. His journey to recovery is bound to be long and challenging. Despite his injuries, he remains a strong, resilient and positive man, but he faces immense pain and uncertainty ahead. In the process of rescuing him, my uncle also sustained a broken shoulder, as they worked to drag him out to safety. Amidst the tragedy, there is a silver lining: the dog and chickens managed to escape the flames and are safe as well ❤️. We are reaching out to our community, near and far, in the hopes of receiving your support during this challenging time. The financial burden of rebuilding their lives from scratch, covering medical treatments, surgeries, clothing, personal items and everything else that was lost is going to be significant.
