My father died suddenly two years ago. We had some savings when my mom who is a type 1 diabetic took a fall and broke her ankle. After many months of rehab they had to remove her foot below the knee. This confines her to a wheelchair. The time in rehab cost us $20,000 and we have  little money left for her care. Her health care costs are huge and I would like to get her a hospital bed but Medicare will not cover the expense. Any  help would be appreciated.
