On April 26th 2015 Kendall Roca was taken by her parents to Fremont memorial hospital because they woke up and found her to have a black eye. When they took her in the hospital pushed them out the door as quickly as they walked in. They told her that there was a bruise and that her eye was swollen because it was "healing". May 3rd they took her to Bellevue hospital where they did a few tests and found that Kendall had a mass behind her left eye. This is what was causing the swelling and black eye. The mass is pushing on her eye and broke her orbital. Kendall was transported to Cleveland rainbows and babies hospital. On the 5th of May surgery was done on her mass within her stomach to find out exactly what is wrong. Everything this far is pointing to Neuroblastoma which is a cancer found in infants and young Children. Kendall is 7 months old. Nikki and Mike Roca are the parents of Kendall as well as their other two little girls, Kassidy and Kennedy. They are staying with their grandparents while Nikki and Mike are in the hospital with Kendall. Right now Nikki is on FMLA from work and Mike is on a leave of absence. They are expected to be at the hospital for another 14 days at the very least and have already been there since the 3rd of May. We are asking that everyone first and foremost, Please please please pray for beautiful baby Kendall. Secondly we are asking to please help this family get through this very difficult time in their lives and donate whatever you can so that the family is able to continue paying their bills while being there for their youngest child in her time of need. They still have to think about all of the responsibilities of life and if we could all find it in our hearts to donate as much as we can so that this family is able to financially make it through this.
