Our dad has always been the person everyone could count on. He’s the one who shows up without being asked, fixes what’s broken, and puts others first—every single time. He’s a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather, and the quiet strength that has held our family together for as long as we can remember.

Right now, the man who has spent his life taking care of everyone else needs help himself. He is facing the fight of his life, requiring both a heart and kidney transplant. He is currently Level 2 on the transplant list and remains hospitalized in Boston, supported by an Impella device that is helping his heart function. Each day is heavy with uncertainty, and the emotional, physical, and financial weight of this journey is overwhelming, and it’s not one our family can manage alone.

We are trusting God in this season. Despite what the doctors have said, we believe God is our provider, a miracle worker, and a healer. We are holding onto faith while doing everything possible to support our dad through this journey.

Medical bills, travel for specialized care, time away from work, and ongoing treatment costs add up quickly. As part of the transplant program, our mom will need to stop working, serve as dad’s primary caregiver, and spend significant time in Boston. We’re doing everything we can, but this challenge is bigger than we can handle alone.
