Hi, my name is Zara. I am going to be doing a 30 mile run on the 25th of October in hopes to raise money for a cause close to mine and many others hearts called the Two little birds - The Riley and Trey foundation. Riley and Trey were two very much loved teenager boys who sadly passed away.

Two Little Birds - The Riley and Trey Foundations aim is to not only honour the lives of the two boys but also to support local youth mental health services across Dorset.

Trey was a sweet, kind and bubbly soul in which his passing altered many of our lives forever. I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years and I think it was one of my greatest pleasures. From kicking a ball around at Redlands, to playing fifa at his house with a Sainsburys pizza and even him watching some of my football matches or even going to kfc and him making me get the large boneless banquet so he could have a few extra chips!! These are memories I get to treasure and look back on but now it’s time for me to do what I can to keep his memory alive, make him proud and support others in need.
