My name is Waleed and I am fundraising for Ezzedine and his family from Gaza and Khadija and her family from Sudan.

Ezzedine's home in Gaza was bombed in the genocide. Him and his wife Reem, their two children, 8 year old Alaa and 4 year old Amal are all currently living in north Gaza with Ezzedine's elderly father, and his two brothers. The whole family is currently facing extermination as they face orders to evacuate to the south by the Israeli army but lack enough funds for the now over inflated costs of transportation, petrol, tents, renting of land for a tent, food or even water - they are resorting to drinking salt water which also comes at a price. Donations will be going towards all of these costs.

Khadija's home used to be in Kordofan in central Sudan. When it was bombed in the genocide that's been taking place in Sudan for nearly the last three years, she lost part of her left leg which eventually had to be amputated. Khadija had to walk to Yida Refugee Camp in South Sudan to find refuge from the ongoing conflict between the warring factions. She did so on an ill-fitting prosthetic and sores which have never healed. Today she lives in a makeshift shack in the camp with her three children. Donations will going towards costs for the family's living expenses in the camp, a proper tent, food, water and a prosthetic limb that fits Khadija's leg.

All donations will be split straight down the middle for both causes. Funds to Ezzedine's will be sent to the family Go Fund me entitled: 'Help Ezzedine Al-Batsh Rebuild His Family's Home'. Funds to Khadija's will be be going to Green Kordofan, a UK based charity whose Just giving Campaign is entitled: 'Raga's fundraiser for women living with amputation in Refugee Camps in South Sudan' and earmarked for Kadija's family.
