Two dogs Need your help

I have two questions for you.....

1. what would you say if a breeder of pocket pitties going to the vet and is told that her dog has a vaginal prolapse ( it is outside of her body). She needs an expensive surgery (more than $2500) or she won't make It. The owner says to put the dog down because even If she has the surgery, she is of no use to them.....

2. An 11 month old purebred basset hound comes In and hasnt eaten in 2 WEEKS. Owners purchased this dog in their home country but can not afford the bill so they decide they want to euthanize this pup. This dog was given a corn cob and ingested It and did not eat or go to the bathroom for 2 weeks.....

We now have a bill of over $10,000......... $8300 for the basset hound and $1700 for the pocket pittie...

We try our best to save every life but this will kill us without everyones help. ANY amount helps. I will post the pocket pitty's bill once received and pictures as well.
