Two 100km Ultra Marathon’s in a space of 7 days
In July 2025, I'll be taking on this challenge to raise as much money and awareness for two inspiring charities with life-changing missions.
July 12th - Race To The Stones 100km Ultra Challenge
July 19th - Battersea Park 100km Ultra Challenge
➡️ However many laps of Battersea Park it takes to reach 100km
Over the last couple of months, we, as employees of Abbott Lyon, have been deeply moved by hearing and witnessing the stories of those who have been impacted by various causes.
Personally, these experiences have reinforced the importance of using whatever skills and passions I have to make a positive difference - I am committed to playing an active role in making a meaningful impact, supporting those in need and to drive change.
Many Tears Animal Rescue is a UK-based charity that focuses on rescuing and rehoming animals in need, particularly those that have been abandoned, neglected, or mistreated. The charity’s mission is to save and care for animals that have faced hardship, offering them a second chance at a happy life. Many Tears specializes in rescuing dogs, but also works with other animals, including cats and small animals. Their efforts include not only rehoming animals but also providing medical care, rehabilitation, and education about responsible pet ownership. The charity is driven by compassion and a dedication to helping animals that might otherwise be overlooked or forgotten. Their slogan, "A loving home for every pet," reflects their commitment to finding each animal a safe and caring forever home.
