Attending my mums funeral

Hello everyone,

It is with absolute sadness that I am having to report that my mum at a young age of 47, has passed away on the 3rd of January 2023. It was definitely a shock for the entire family and extremely unexpected given that she was otherwise in good health and certainly not at an age where this could have been reasonably expected.

I am creating this go fund me page to seek financial support so that I can have the opportunity to attend her funeral in rural Victoria and say my final goodbyes.

At this stage, it is anticipated that the funeral will be held mid next week pending confirmation from the funeral home.

As you all know, Lucas and I have only just welcomed our beautiful twins into our family and so our finances have been directed towards establishing them in our home and supporting us during maturnity leave.

Given that flights and accommodation have remained quite pricy post-covid and also due to the extreame abruptness for needing to travel to Victoria - I am needing financial help so that I can attend my mums funeral.

Any funds raised would be utilised for last minute return flights to and from Melbourne, accommodation and transportation to and from Sale, Victoria.
